Great shadows, a little slow to ship
I used an influencer code for a nice discount on my Bernovich order, which was a sweet deal considering I qualified for free shipping too. My Creative Collection palette arrived safely and the shadows are really pretty, super pigmented and blendable. I'm especially impressed with how the multichromes shift. My only minor issue was that it took a little longer to ship out than I expected, but once it did, it got here quickly. Are Bernovich eyeshadows cruelty free, though? I couldn't find that info easily.

I ordered a few items: a couple of Sparkle Collection eyeshadow singles and one of their blending brushes. Ordering online was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate. Shipping took about 10 days to get to my place in California, which is decent for international. Everything arrived securely, no broken shadows which is always a concern with indie brands. The eyeshadows themselves are very pigmented; the Sparkle formula applies well with a finger. The blending brush is soft and works fine. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a good experience and the product quality is high.
